KH Trip Details
Resort App:
At check-in, you will be received by your butler. They will instruct/assist you to download the ROSEWOOD MAYAKOBA RESORT APP. The app will allow you to be in contact with them during your stay. Please note that if you happen to download the app prior to arrival (or already have it) it will not fully work until you are checked in.
KH Resort Credit:
KH will be providing a total of $400 per person credit to each room. Please charge any activities and/or dining to your room account to take advantage of this credit.
KH Breakfast Credit:
KH will provide a daily breakfast credit per person at any breakfast food outlet. Please charge your daily breakfast to your room from 7:00 am – 11:00 am. The breakfast credit up to $65 per person/per day will be adjusted off your final hotel folio. The full breakdown of the $65 credit per day equals to $45, with an 18% tip, and taxes/fees. You can use the credit at the buffet at Casa Del Lago*, breakfast on the beach at Aqui Me Quedo, the coffee cart with grab and go pastries in front of Agave Azu & room service. *The Casa Del Lago breakfast buffet has a change from previous years. You now must request fresh sliced specialty meats and cheeses brought to your table with your waiter. They will bring different sized platters of your request based on number of people at the table. Dining Reservations:
Any reservations made, your butler will confirm each day for your convenience. If you have dinner reservations outside of Rosewood Mayakoba, please be cautious of the time it may take to get to the restaurant. Rosewood Mayakoba shares 2 cars that travel back and forth to all 4 hotels on the property. You can make a car service reservation with your butler, and it is recommended to leave at least 20 minutes prior to your reservation time.

Departure Information:
On your departure day, transportation has been arranged to pick you up 3 hours before your confirmed departure flight time. Please call your butler to confirm your luggage will be picked up from your suite at least 15 minutes before you are due to meet your transportation. Please meet near the lobby, at the main entrance driveway.

Sunday, March 1st | Day 1 – Main Arrival Day
All arrivals (transportation is provided no matter the arrival date) will be greeted at the airport for your transfer to the resort.
You will be escorted by to your room and greeted by your butler. After your check-in, you are free to enjoy the beautiful resort and explore.

KH Group Game Golfers Schedule:
- 7:15 am Please meet at the front lobby valet area, golf carts will be available to take all guests to the golf center for breakfast at Koba Sports Bar in the upstairs Golf Club. (Proper Attire Required: collared shirts, golf shoes, no spikes)
- 7:30 am– Breakfast at Koba Sports Bar in the upstairs Golf Club
- 8:00 am – Golf attendees meet at the golf center to collect their equipment
- 8:30 am – Golfers will start at the practice range
- 9:00 am – Golfers shotgun start
