KH Trip Details
KH will be providing a $400 per person resort credit to each room. To take advantage of this credit, you must charge any activity(s) and dinning to your room account.
KH will provide a daily breakfast credit for up to $65 per person at any breakfast food outlet. There is a buffet at Casa Del Lago, breakfast on the beach at Aqui Me Quedo & room service available! Please charge your daily breakfast to your room and up to $65 per per/per day will be adjusted off your final bill. This amount does not apply to your $400 per person resort credit.
No matter your arrival and/or departure date, transportation to/from the airport will be arranged for you.
For dinner reservations less than 6 people, please reach out via email directly to the resort concierge team and they will be happy to assist you for all your requests: Mayakoba.Concierge@rosewoodhotels.com. PLEASE NOTE: The Andaz is closed and is under renovation to re-open as Alila.

Main departure day! No matter your departure day, transportation has been arranged to pick up 3 hours before your confirmed departure flight time. Please call your butler to confirm your luggage pick up from your suite at least 15 minutes before you are due to meet your transportation. Please meet at the front lobby valet area.
